The Vertiv Avocent ADX IPSL Silver hardware maintenance provides users 1 year of limited maintenance as per the Avocent maintenance agreement.

• Vertiv will respond within an estimate of 4-12 hours based on the issue
• Vertiv will follow-up with the customer at a frequency that is dependent on the issue
• Vertiv offers phone support either Monday to Friday or 24/7 depending on the warranty
