A new stress media separator pad has been released for the following product series: - Lexmark X26x – X264 - Lexmark X36x – X363, X364 - Lexmark X46x – X463, X464, X466 - Lexmark X54x – X543, X544, X546, X548 The design of this new media separator pad aims to reduce the number of ADF paper jams (e.g., error code 291.01) caused by multi-feeds, especially with media that is difficult to separate (e.g., tri-folded, previously stapled, mixed media types, etc.)
