The GloWear 8289-ECO Recycled Hi-Vis T-Shirt is a Type R Class 2 shirt designed for enhanced visibility and breathable comfort. Designed with post-consumer recycled polyester, this lightweight hi-vis shirt meets ANSI visibility requirements. Great for working in the heat, this reflective safety shirt features a moisture-wicking treatment and is rated to 30+ UPF for protection against the sun’s harmful UV rays. Featuring a relaxed fit, this hi-vis shirt is designed for easy mobility and unrestricted movement. An exterior chest pocket is added for clipping pens or storing other small items. This hi-vis vest is made from recycled polyester, which is produced by converting post-consumer plastic bottles into polyester yarn through chip making and spinning. The yarn is then knitted and dyed and sent to the manufacturer for proper vest cutting and sewing. Each shirt is equivalent to approximately 30 16.9 oz plastic water bottles.
